1. Scope of Services

Urban Home Cleaning provides professional home, kitchen, bathroom, sofa, carpet, water tank cleaning, and painting services in Bangalore. The detailed inclusions are defined on individual service pages.

2. Customer Access & Utilities

Customers must provide continuous water and electricity supply at the site for our teams to run high-pressure scrubbing and vacuuming machines. Valuables, cash, and highly fragile items should be locked away before the team arrives.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp based on slot availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be notified at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning session.

4. Liability Limit

While our vetting and safety check procedures are highly rigorous, our company liability is limited to the total service value of the booking request.
